How long does shipping take?
We ship out within 2-3 business days. Tracking will be emailed to you with the email you provided at checkout.
Boutique pieces ship from the Utah warehouse and will take 1-2 additionals days.
Where does my order ship from?
All thrift pieces ship from Fredericksburg, Virginia.

What are your policies?
Due to the nature of this business, all sales are final. We are unable to offer returns or exchanges. We do our best to look over each item thoroughly and disclose any imperfections or flaws. With that being said, please keep in mind these are preloved pieces. However, if you feel that something is wrong with your item that we have missed, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Can be returned for store credit (return shipping label cost deducted from store credit amount) within 7 days of delivery. Items must be shipped back within 3 days of return label being sent. Discounted boutique items are final sale.
To start a boutique return, please go to the 'contact' tab on the website and supply us with your e-mail, order number and items you wish to return.
How does The Styled Spectrum operate?
We personally and consciously source items 2-3 times a week. We then build cohesive, curated collections for you to shop. Once we determine which pieces will be in a collection, we then sanitize, steam and inspect each item.
Boutique items are located and shipped from the Utah Warehouse.
How do I determine size and fit?
The beauty of fashion is that all brands are different. Sizing will differ with each item. We do our very best to provide accurate sizing descriptions, materials, measurements and model specs.
